Turn the traffic you already have into more revenue.
LuminaCX finds what's stopping your visitors from buying, then proves the fix with rigorous A/B testing. No redesign roulette, no best-practice guesswork. Just measurable lifts in conversion rate, order value and revenue per visitor.
- Research-led roadmaps
- Design, dev & QA in-house
- Revenue-focused reporting
Hypothesis: Showing reviews above the fold will reduce hesitation and lift add-to-cart rate.
Illustrative example
Growing traffic is expensive. Wasting it is worse.
Most stores leak revenue at every step, from the first landing page to the final checkout click. Buying more ads just pours more visitors into the same leaky funnel.
Traffic is up, sales are flat
Ad costs keep climbing, but your conversion rate hasn't moved in months, so every new customer costs you more.
Redesigns that didn't pay off
You launched a new theme and hoped for the best. Without a controlled test, you'll never know whether it helped or hurt.
Tests that end "inconclusive"
Button-color tests, underpowered samples and no clear hypothesis add up to months of experiments with nothing to show.

Every test starts with evidence and ends with a decision. Winners get shipped. Losing tests become insights that sharpen the next idea.

We optimize for revenue, not vanity metrics
A higher conversion rate means little if order value drops. We track the full picture, so every win is a real win.
Conversion rate
The share of visitors who buy. It's the headline number, but never the only one.
Average order value
How much each customer spends, raised with bundles, thresholds and smart upsells.
Revenue per visitor
Conversion rate and order value combined. It's our north-star metric for most tests.
Profit per visitor
For price and offer tests, we measure margin so discounts don't quietly eat your profit.
A partner that's accountable for results
Research first, opinions last
Every hypothesis is backed by evidence from your own customers, not a hunch or a "best practice" copied from another brand.
Rigorous statistics
Pre-calculated sample sizes, full-week test cycles and no calling tests early. When we say a variant won, it really won.
One team, end to end
Strategy, design, development and QA under one roof, so tests launch quickly without eating up your developers' time.
Transparent reporting
Plain-English reports on every test: what we tried, what happened, what it's worth and what we'll do next.

Questions we hear a lot
How much traffic do I need for A/B testing?
Testing works best once you have steady traffic and at least a few hundred orders a month, since that's what lets tests reach reliable results in a reasonable time. With less traffic, we focus on research, UX fixes and fewer, bolder tests. On our first call we'll tell you honestly what's realistic for your store.
How long until we see results?
Research and your prioritized roadmap are typically ready within the first few weeks, with the first tests going live soon after. Most tests run two to four weeks to capture full buying cycles, so meaningful results usually start arriving within the first two months.
Which platforms do you work with?
Most of our work is on Shopify and Shopify Plus, but our research and testing process works on any e-commerce platform, including headless and custom builds.
Can you work with our existing team and tools?
Yes. We can run tests in the testing tool you already use or recommend one that fits, and we're happy to work alongside your in-house team or other agency partners.
Will testing slow down my site?
We build variants with performance in mind and QA every test across devices and browsers before launch, so customers get a smooth experience whichever version they see.
