Our approach

Evidence in. Revenue out.

Great CRO isn't about clever ideas. It's a disciplined process that turns customer insight into tested, measurable improvements, again and again.

The LuminaCX method

Four stages, repeated until growth compounds

Each cycle makes the next one smarter. That's why testing programs keep getting better with time, while one-off redesigns fade.

01 · Research

Find where and why revenue leaks

Analytics show us where visitors drop off. Heatmaps, session recordings, surveys and user tests show us why. Together they produce an evidence-based list of problems worth solving.

02 · Prioritize

Focus on the biggest opportunities

Every idea is scored on potential impact, how strongly the evidence supports it, and how much effort it takes. The result is a roadmap that puts your biggest revenue opportunities first.

03 · Test

Prove it with real customers

Each experiment starts with a written hypothesis and a success metric. We design and build the variant, QA it across devices, calculate the sample size it needs, and let it run its full course.

04 · Learn & scale

Ship winners, keep the lessons

Winners get rolled out. Every result, win or lose, is documented in a shared learning library that makes each new hypothesis sharper than the last.

Our testing standards

Wins you can bank on

Plenty of A/B tests produce "wins" that vanish after launch. These rules are how we make sure ours hold up.

01

A hypothesis before every test

Each test is tied to a research finding and a clear, measurable prediction. No "let's see what happens" experiments.

02

Sample size set in advance

We calculate the traffic and time each test needs before launch, so results aren't cut short or dragged out.

03

Full business cycles

Tests run in complete weeks to capture weekday and weekend behavior, paydays and campaign swings.

04

No peeking, no early calls

We don't stop a test the moment it looks good. Decisions are made at the planned end point, at 95% statistical confidence or better.

05

Revenue-level analysis

We look beyond conversion rate to order value, revenue per visitor and profit, and check key segments like mobile and desktop.

06

Rigorous QA

Every variant is checked across devices, browsers and edge cases before launch, so a test never breaks the shopping experience.

Getting started

Your first 90 days

A clear path from kickoff to a steady rhythm of tests and results. Exact timing depends on your traffic and scope, and we'll map it out together on day one.

Plan your first 90 days

  1. Weeks 1–3

    Research & roadmap

Kickoff, analytics health check, UX review, heatmaps, recordings and customer surveys. We present the findings along with a prioritized test roadmap.

  2. Weeks 3–5

    First tests go live

Your highest-priority tests are designed, built, QA'd and launched, alongside quick fixes that don't need a test.

  3. Weeks 5–9

    Results & iteration

The first results arrive. Winners are rolled out, and what we learn shapes the next round of tests.

  4. Week 10 onward

    Compounding growth

A steady testing rhythm with monthly reports and strategy sessions. The roadmap keeps evolving as we learn more about your customers.

Transparency

You'll always know what we're testing and why

Shared roadmap

See every idea, its priority score and its status in one shared place, any time.

Test reports

Every completed test gets a plain-English write-up covering the hypothesis, the result, the revenue impact and the next steps.

Monthly strategy calls

We review results together, agree on priorities and plan the next round of experiments.

FAQ

How the work works

Which testing tool do you use?

We work with the major A/B testing platforms and e-commerce testing apps. If you already have a tool, we'll use it. If not, we'll recommend one that fits your platform, traffic and budget.

What happens if a test loses?

A losing test is still valuable. It stops you from rolling out a change that would have hurt revenue, and it teaches us something about your customers. Every result feeds the next hypothesis.

What access do you need?

Typically we need view access to your analytics plus access to your testing tool and store theme. We only ask for the access we need and never make live changes without your approval.

Do we need a developer on our side?

No. We design, build and QA every test ourselves. Your team only needs to approve tests, and we can roll out the winners for you too.
